By enrolling in D11 Gaming Hub, participants and their guardians agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by D11 Gaming Hub.
Enrollment and Fees:
All fees are non-refundable once paid.
Full payment is required before the start of the program.
Behavior and Conduct:
D11 Gaming Hub reserves the right to remove any participant who exhibits disruptive, inappropriate, or harmful behavior without prior notice.
Respectful conduct towards instructors, staff, and fellow participants is mandatory at all times.
Parental Conduct:
Parents or guardians are not permitted to lodge complaints regarding the removal of a participant due to misconduct.
Any issues or concerns should be addressed directly with D11 Gaming Hub administration in a professional manner.
Use of Content and Media:
D11 Gaming Hub reserves the right to capture and share any content or media (photos, videos, etc.) produced during the sessions for promotional and educational purposes.
Participants and their guardians consent to the use of such media without requiring further approval or compensation.
Accuracy of Information:
All information provided during the enrollment process must be accurate and complete.
D11 Gaming Hub reserves the right to verify the information and remove any participant if false information is provided.
Liability and Safety:
D11 Gaming Hub is not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged during the program.
Participants are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by instructors and staff. Any injuries or accidents must be reported immediately.
Program Changes and Cancellation:
D11 Gaming Hub reserves the right to modify or cancel any session or activity as deemed necessary.
In the event of a cancellation by D11 Gaming Hub, participants will be offered an alternative session or a refund for that specific session.
Data Protection and Privacy:
Personal data provided during enrollment will be used solely for the purpose of program administration and will be protected in accordance with data protection laws.
