I understand that participating in the summer camp involves engaging in various activities, including but not limited to, using computers, gaming, and physical activities, which may carry certain risks.
I agree to follow all the instructions and safety guidelines provided by the camp instructors and staff.
I understand that the camp staff will take all necessary precautions to ensure my safety and well-being during the camp.
I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own behavior and actions during the camp and will respect the camp rules and other participants.
I understand that any personal belongings I bring to the camp are my responsibility, and the camp is not liable for any loss or damage to my personal property.
I grant permission for the camp to use photos and videos taken during camp activities for promotional purposes.
I understand that in case of any medical emergency, the camp staff will contact my parent/guardian immediately and take appropriate action.
I acknowledge that I have disclosed any medical conditions or allergies to the camp staff and have provided necessary medication if required.
I understand that if I fail to follow the camp rules or engage in disruptive behavior, I may be asked to leave the camp without a refund.
I understand that no food or drinks are allowed near the computers to prevent damage.
I acknowledge that any damage to the computers or equipment caused by me will be my responsibility, and I may be required to cover the cost of repairs or replacement.
I agree to follow all rules regarding computer usage, including appropriate use of software and internet access.
I understand that fighting or any form of disruptive behavior is not tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the camp.
I acknowledge that the camp has the right to cancel my participation without a refund if my behavior does not improve after being warned.
I understand that I am only allowed to speak with the designated camp representatives and not with interns or other staff members regarding camp-related issues.
I acknowledge that if my parent/guardian is late to pick me up, an additional charge of 5 BHD per hour will be applied.
I understand that personal electronic devices (phones, tablets, etc.) should not be used during camp sessions unless specifically allowed by the instructor.
I agree to respect the privacy and personal space of other participants and not interfere with their activities or equipment.
